Introduction
Welcome to Löyly ("Löyly", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase of products and services from Löyly, whether through our website, over the phone, by email, in person, or through any other sales channel. They also govern your access to and use of our website.
By placing an order with Löyly, requesting our delivery or installation services, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not purchase our products or continue using our website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on our website. Any amendments will apply to orders placed after the revised Terms and Conditions have been published.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Agreement means these Terms and Conditions, including any policies referenced within them.
Australian Consumer Law means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), together with any amendments.
Customer, you, or your means the individual, company or entity purchasing products or services from Löyly.
Delivery Services means the transportation of Products by Löyly or its authorised delivery partners.
Installation Services means the professional installation of Products by Löyly or its authorised contractors.
Maintenance Services means any servicing, inspection, repairs or maintenance carried out by Löyly following installation.
Products means all outdoor saunas, accessories, replacement parts and related goods supplied by Löyly.
Services means delivery, installation, maintenance, repairs and any other services provided by Löyly.
Website means the Löyly website and any associated online platforms operated by us.
Eligibility
By placing an order with Löyly, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years of age;
you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
all information provided by you is accurate and complete;
you are authorised to use any payment method provided;
you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you purchase Products on behalf of a business or organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Products
Löyly specialises in the supply of premium outdoor saunas designed for residential use.
Product images, descriptions, dimensions, colours and specifications shown on our website and marketing material are intended as guides only.
Natural timber is a living material and may vary in:
colour;
grain;
knots;
texture;
natural movement over time.
These characteristics are not defects and form part of the natural beauty of timber products.
We continually improve our products and reserve the right to make minor design, specification or component changes without prior notice where those changes do not materially affect the intended performance or quality of the Product.
Product Availability
While every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory information, Products may occasionally become unavailable due to:
supplier delays;
manufacturing lead times;
shipping disruptions;
demand exceeding available stock.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss:
revised lead times;
an alternative Product;
or a refund where appropriate.
Quotations
Unless otherwise stated:
quotations remain valid for 30 days;
pricing may change after the quotation expiry date;
quotations are subject to Product availability;
freight costs may vary depending on delivery location and site access.
A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Orders
Orders may be placed through:
our website;
email;
telephone;
in person;
or through another method approved by Löyly.
By submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase Products and Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Orders are not binding on Löyly until accepted by us.
Acceptance occurs when:
we issue a written order confirmation;
or we accept payment for your order;
whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:
Products are unavailable;
pricing errors have occurred;
fraud is suspected;
incorrect information has been provided;
delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Should an order be cancelled by Löyly before dispatch, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
all prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD);
prices include GST where applicable;
delivery, installation and optional services may be quoted separately.
Prices displayed on the Website may change without notice.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur.
Where a pricing error is identified before dispatch, Löyly reserves the right to:
cancel the order;
provide a corrected quotation;
offer the Customer the option of proceeding at the correct price.
Deposits
Certain Products may require a deposit before production, ordering, delivery scheduling or installation can commence.
The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation or invoice.
Deposits secure manufacturing time, freight bookings and installation scheduling.
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, deposits are non-refundable where:
custom Products have been ordered;
manufacturing has commenced;
Products have been specially sourced;
delivery or installation has been scheduled.
Payment
Full payment must be received before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Löyly accepts payment by approved payment methods listed on our website or invoice.
You warrant that:
you are authorised to use the nominated payment method;
sufficient funds are available;
payment details provided are accurate.
Where finance or third-party payment providers are used, your agreement with those providers remains separate from this Agreement.
Löyly accepts no responsibility for the actions, delays or errors of third-party payment providers.
Failure to Pay
If payment is not received by the due date, Löyly reserves the right to:
suspend manufacturing;
postpone delivery;
postpone installation;
withhold Products;
charge reasonable storage costs;
recover any reasonable debt collection costs incurred.
Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Cancellation by the Customer
Prior to acceptance by Löyly, you may cancel your order without penalty.
Following acceptance, cancellation requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where Products have been:
custom ordered;
manufactured;
imported;
or allocated specifically for your order,
Löyly may retain all or part of your deposit to recover reasonable costs already incurred.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation by Löyly
Löyly may cancel an order where:
Products become unavailable;
supply chain interruptions prevent fulfilment;
payment has not been received;
incorrect pricing has occurred;
fraud is suspected;
circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Where Löyly cancels an order before delivery, any payments received will be refunded.
Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
provide accurate contact information;
ensure payment is made when due;
provide accurate delivery details;
notify Löyly of any changes affecting delivery or installation;
provide safe and reasonable site access;
cooperate with our delivery and installation teams.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
