  • Installation time depends on the sauna model and site conditions, but most installations are completed within a single day.

  • Yes. Our experienced installation team assembles your sauna on site, ensuring everything is installed correctly and ready to use. We'll also walk you through the basics before we leave.

  • Your sauna will need a level, stable surface with adequate access for delivery. Depending on your chosen heater, you may also need a licensed electrician to complete the electrical connection. We'll provide all site preparation requirements before installation.

  • Using your sauna is simple. Preheat the sauna to your preferred temperature, relax for 10–20 minutes, then cool down before repeating if desired. Every sauna includes a user guide with operating instructions and best practices for getting the most from your sessions.
